62 years old, she is a free-lance teacher for anatomy, physiology, theory of training, and nutrition in schools for professional dance training, and also gives nutritional consultations. Parallel to her ballet training, she studied medicine and as a corps dancer in the State Opera of Hamburg she did her doctoral thesis. Was one of 16 members of the company who received their notices when John Neumeier took over.
