A Collective Farewell to Dancing

45 years old, stage technician for the past twelve years. Grew up and trained in East Germany. Danced for about ten years, the last of these as a demi-soloist in the theater in Greifswald. After the reunification in 1991, the ballet department of his theater was dissolved and the entire company was fired. Always enjoyed dancing. Moved into the technical crew because it seemed logical - he could also imagine being a truck driver, a sailor on the high seas or on inland waters.
